This was made from a card kit. I used a solid base that is pink. The next layer of paper came from a kit with toppers.  I used the kit paper from "Flutterbye Wishes" Luxury Paper Collection by Hunkydory Crafts.  This kit has ideas, paper and toppers.  I used popdots on the flowers to give them some depth.

Special Birthday!

This is a special "Birthday" card for a special little lady. The card is the basic black card with a yellow layer on top.  The cuts are from the Cricut cartridge " Birthday Bash".  I wanted to add a little color so I used a pattern paper for the body and the number 5.  The eyes are goggle and they have yellow eye lashes for a lady bug. This was so much fun to make.  I am using the Cricut more and all these cartridges.  I get my inspiration from magazines and the cartridges. I love to mix and match.  I am going to enter a challenge over at CARDZ TV and Mary.  Hope you like the card and please leave a comment because we all love comments.

Birthdays

This is a card I made for a very special person.  I love the square cards and made this on 6 X6.  I wanted to put a lot on it. I typed a letter in Words and printed it on Yellow card stock and put it on the inside along with another flower. The flower squares and the pink printed background were from my favorite paper DCWV Flower Shower Spring Stack. I love that stack of paper. The base was Bazzill pink card stock.  I added ribbon and bling on the flowers.  It came out better than I thought it would.  Last but not least the sentiment was made using 2 different sets of stamps. The Happy Birthday was a set I purchased from Greetings Clear Stamps.  The other set was from Kristal Andrews at
http://www.kandrewdesigns.com/ from her Positive Thoughts set.  Be sure and visit her she has awesome stamps that are made in the USA.............Yea!  Please leave a comment because we all love comments.

Birthdays

Celebration! Happy Birthday! I am using my favorite things on this card. The base is from Bazzill Basics Paper in a light blue.  The fireworks with stars & stripes is from my favorite DCWV stack "All Seasons II". The stamp is from Loralie Designs the Serious Shopper. She use to make a fabric panel with Shopper panels on it which she no longer makes. This is a digi I created from her stamp and fabric. I did not color this.
The  saying is complement by a stamp at the in that says "Let's Paint the town red" from my friend at http://www.kandrewdesigns.com/  called "Fashionable Friends". This set of stamps compliments the Loralie Designs products.  Be sure and take a look at her stamps. To go right along with the 4th of July the stamps are "AMERICAN MADE". Hip, Hip, Hooray! I added red bling in the center of the fireworks, on her hat, and in the center of the bow. I hope you all enjoy the posting. Please leave a comment because we all love comments.

Happy Birdie Day

This card was inspired by a "Special Friend" that likes owls. All of the card was cut from "Straight From The Nest" cartridge.  The eyes are googles and the flower in the left corner is put in with a brad so it slides to the left or right and the inside of the card is revealed to write your message in.  This was such a fun card to make. Hope you like it and please leave a comment because we all love comments. This is going to be entered in the Challenge at "Getting Crickey" and "Birthday Sundaes".
