Double Challenge...Fall Birthday!

I made this card for 2 challenges.  One at " Simple Sunday" using KAndrews stamps and the other at  "Birthday Sundaes". The theme is fall and birthdays and the stamps is from KAndrews from the Fall-O-Ween group.
 I had the paper in my scraps and added the brown buttons. The card is square 6 X 6.  The leaves are a secret but so simple. If you would like to know what the leaves are just leave a comment with your e-mail. Hope you like the card and please leave a comment because we all love comments..........

    What a beautiful card Sandy! Our leaves are starting to turn and it's really beginning to feel like Fall...my favorite time of year!
