I love dots, strips, and Chevron paper. This card was so much fun to make and could be used for any occasion with a different label. I used a yellow base and dotted layer next. The cute little guy is layered from Milton & Co. Decoupage Card Kit. He is so very cute. The frame was cut from Cricut Cartridge "Fancy Frames".
