"Washtub Sink"

Thanks for all the ones that have been playing along with my "Mini Vacation" game. The sink was an old washtub answer "B". When you turn on the faucet on the sink the water comes out the pump spout.......Cool! and definately different......
I will be back soon with another picture. I have so many people that look at my blog and only a few comments. To those people "Thanks for leaving comments". We all love comments....................

"Happy Halloween"

I made this card for a challenge at "Simple Sunday Challenge" at "Getting Cricky". Kristal Andrew has the greatest stamps which I normally use but not this time. The pumpkin is from "Cricut Lite Celebrate with Flourish" my favorite go to cartridge. The challenge was use black and orange and one other color. I selected Green. This card was so much fun. The "Boo" was from a embellishment pack which I think was K & Co. Hope you enjoy the card and good luck to everyone in the challenge.

Second "Treehouse" Question?

Several people said that the first thing you see when you open the door is a pot  belly stove. Well that was not the case but to the right when you open the door you do see a pot belly stove. The sad part is it is not connected and is just for decor. The rockers are real and very comfortable.  To the left of the door when you enter is the kitchen which had all the modern conveniences of any other kitchen except for one difference which was the kitchen sink was:
a.  It was in the shape of a bathtub
b.  It was in the shape of an old washtub
c.  It was wood carved around a beautiful antique bowl
I hope that you are enjoying this and share with your blogger's. I have lots of views and not many messages. Enjoy and I will be back to do another question along with the answer to this one. HAVE FUN!

Harvest Blessings

I love the fall colors in this card. I downloaded the paper off the Internet and added my own leaves and buttons. The colors will soon be gone but the cards and pictures we take will be lasting memories.  The stamp was of course from one of Kristal Andrew's Fall-O-Ween. Visit her blog and order some of her great stamps. I added some bling and this was the results.  I hope you enjoy this and be sure and leave a comment and don't forget to keep checking back for the next mini vacation question..........

"A Tree"

I first want to thank the 6 people that left me a comment out of all the views that I got. I got only 6 comments.  It was a tree. The table is attached to the sides of the tree and the short piece in the front of this picture has a seat on the other side and is the chair. There was 2 chairs.   I am keeping score and know I had 3 correct answers. Those 3 answers came from Tracey, Jani, and Brenda...... Stay tuned for another picture soon with a question........ I really appreciate that these followers played along all 6 of you...
Thanks and stay tuned for another picture and even a card..........

Christmas Card

I love Santa's and this one is vintage.  I love this black snow flake background.  Hard to see but it has silver like flakes. I had this digital picture in my stash of digital images. I copied him on card stock and cut him out and pop dotted him on top of another copy. I had the stamp from some old rubber stamps that I have. I put my black snow flake paper on a white card.  I pop dotted the red label.  I used some foam silver snow flakes from "Reflections" and this is what I got. I hope you enjoy it and please leave a comment because we all love comments. I am going to enter this in a challenge over at the "Pink Stamper".

Straight From The Heart!

This idea came from a picture of a card that I saw in "Paper Crafts Magazine the Sept./Oct.  2011 issue. I love this magazine.  Their card was quite a bit different. Theirs was "Use A Hand Card" with a club background on white base card stock with with a Ace down to a ten on the front. I did not want mine to look like it was for valentines day so I used pink with red hearts. I have a friend who loves hearts and uses them a lot on her creations somewhere.  I thought of her when I made this card. She lives in Australia and knows who she is. She has a wonderful blog http://trace-elementz.blogspot.com/.   Tracey I love your creations and this card was made with you in mind. I had to put my signature on it also with the "Butterflies". Visit her blog and become a follower she is a very talented lady........Hope you like this and please leave a comment because we all love comments.
