Ok this is my third Christmas card so far. So busy with the other half of my Christmas. I need to start these in September... This is another SVG cut. I love the way this looks. I need to find some gifts to put under the tree to make it complete. I so love these cuts and they are cheaper than the cartridges but Cricut is having a great sale right now. Enjoy and please leave a comment because we all love comments.
I have been wanting to make a Poinsettia card for some time. A few weeks ago I purchased some files from SVG. I love these files. Just so happened when this Challenge came up over at Cardz TV and my friend Mary. Make a Christmas card using red, pink, white and green only. So this is what I came up with. I still need a little practice on making them but was happy with the results. SVG cuts are amazing. I have files to keep me busy for awhile so brace yourself more to come. Hope you like and please leave a comment because we all love comments.
This card was so much fun and came in a kit from one of my Craft magazines as a freebie. The neat thing about this is I am so terrible at doing bows. This kit had a pattern to make the bows. I love it. Hope you enjoy and please leave a comment because we all love comments. Christmas is closer than you think...
I was looking in the scrap box again and with all the snow and cold I thought this was appropriate. I ran the top layer thru the embosser. The plate used was snowflakes one of my favorite things. Blue card base and a snowflake paper scrap. The word Snowy came from one of my cartridges. The snowflakes were in a pack of dimensional flakes. We are lucky in Corbin hardly no snow just have had flurries. Hope you enjoy and please leave a comment because we all love comments.
This was made for a challenge for "Cardz TV" and my friend Mary... The turkey was from some previous cuts not sure which Circuit cartridge it came from. The paper came from my scrap box also. Was fun to make and I added the "Thankful" label and this was the result.... Good luck to everyone and please leave a comment because we all love comments.
Tom's side of the family has 3 weddings coming up. So I got to get busy. This is the first one and I love how it came out. Hope they like it too. I actually used a Cricut cartridge. I almost forgot how to use my machine. Cartridge that was used was Tie The Knott. Lot's of fun to make hope you enjoy and please leave a comment because we all love comments.
This was such a great card to make. All my files were from SVG. I have purchased several groups of items and I just love them. Hook up the Cricut to the computer and load the files into Sure Cuts and cut away. So easy and the cuts are so cute... Hope you enjoy and please leave a comment because we all love comments.
This card was on my craft table and I wanted to clean started projects off and done. On to winter cards, and Thanksgiving and not to forget Christmas. I have a busy next 2 months just like everyone else. I gave this to a special person that helps me alot with a "Thanks" message inside. Hope you enjoy it and please leave a comment because we all love comments.
Another card made with a "Freebie" at SVG cuts. This card was so much fun to make. This is a
"Birthday Card". On the inside it says "Happy Birthday"! The saying is a stamp from my friend "Mary's" great stamps. She sales them at "Cardz TV". Go over and give them a look. Please leave a comment because we all love comments.
This is one of two cards that I have made for my new additions to the family. I am an aunt again with a new niece. Brooklyn, I cannot wait to see you. Used a stamp from my friend "Mary" on the saying and cuts from a free SVG. Check them both out. I love the colors and the card was so much fun to make. Stay tuned for the second one. Hope you enjoy and please leave a comment because we all love comments.
This was a wonderful house to make from my SVG files. I am going to enter this over at the Autumn 2014 challenge at SVG. I have never made anything like this with so many pieces. The roof comes off and it is a box inside. I have volitive candles that will be lite so at night it is a lite building. I love the apple paper and the windows have vellume behind them. This was a real challenge for me and a objective that I set for myself to make this. Hope you like this as much as I do and I at least hope I get a mention in the contest. What a fun card to make. This was another SVG file. This was so much fun to make. The lable says "Simple Pleasures". I pop dotted the waves so it would look like the sailboat was in the water. Not sure about all the colors I used. The end results was really great. Hope you enjoy and please leave a comment because we all love comments.
Another card make with SVG files. These files cut so nice with my computer program and the Cricut machine. I love all these colors. I also have SVG files that make other paper projects which are amazing. I am learning and hope to create some other paper projects also. Hope you enjoy and please leave a comment because we all love comments.
I love "Maxine" and thought these would make cute little quick cards to send to friends out of the blue. So here they are and I have a friend that got one in the mail yesterday and it put a smile on her face which is what it is all about. Enjoy sweet friend. This was made from scraps of items that were in the scrapbox. Framed the picture and added some bling and stamped a saying and went over it in purple pin. The card came out prettier than expected. I added a signature "Butterfly" and this was the results. Hope you like it and please leave a comment because we all love comments.
Made this card for a very special person that to me is the "Martha Stewart" of her time. This person cans food, sews so well, makes lap quits, cooks, if it is domestic she does it. If you check out my blog you know I love Loralie Design stamps. This was one of many that I own. I used my favorite punch for buttons and my dotted paper. Hope she like it. Comments are welcome because we all love comments.
The photo did not come out to good. We are lucky to have a friend who knows everything there is to know about boats. He has done so much to help us this year and last. So this is going to be for him. Thanks "James" for all you do.... Hope you like it and be sure and leave a comment because we all love comments.
Made 4 cards all at the same time. This one was for my cousin Jaylee who was going into the 3rd grade. Used the same cuts as on the other card. Love the background paper.... She loved it so much she took a picture of her holding the card and posted for me on FB...Hope you love it and be sure and leave a comment because we all love comments.......
Made this card for one of my 4 little cousins that I send packages and cards to special times of the year. This one was for Lexi who had her first day of school on Tuesday of this week. The school district that she goes to is Little Miami, in Ohio. She had a great first day of school. The other cousin got a card like this also and she goes to the same school. Her name is Emily and it was also her first day of school. The card was mailed along with a shoe box full of goodies. I understand that they had a great first day of the first grade. The bus rest on pop dots. Hope you enjoy and I am going to enter this in a challenge over at "Cardz TV" and my friend Mary......She has wonderful stamps so go take a look......
Made this card for a very special friend to give at a "Wedding" on Saturday. This was a frame cut from my "Scan & Cut". The phrase came from my stash. The stamp was a Loralie Designs stamp. I put small diamonds on her ears and necklace. I also added a little pink bling on the flowers. I was pleased with the results and hope she likes it. This card is going to be entered into a "Challenge" at "Cardz TV" . Make from a stamped image for the birthday girl with the pictures. Has a second layer of dotted pattern paper and 3 more pattern papers made from my favorite button stamp. I used my favorite "Happy Birthday" stamp. Hope you enjoy and good luck to everyone in the challenge. Please leave a comment because we all love comments.
This card was so much fun. I was going thru my dotted paper stage. I cut the flowers out by hand from Miss Kates Cuttables. So now you know why I am trying to learn how to use my "Scan & Cut".
I stamped the saying in "Orange". This was so much fun and I used extra cuts and pop dots. Hope you enjoy and please leave a comment because we all love comments.
Make from my Cricut machine with "Create A Critter" cartridge. Love the eyes. I recently purchased 3 sets of cards from my friend "Mary" at "Cardz TV". She has wonderful stamps. So I used her stamp for the words. I love the stamps so well that I sent her the card. Hope you enjoy and please leave a comment.
Made this card for my sweetie Tom for our anniversary. Cannot believe we have been together for 12 years. Inside the card it says "YOU MAKE MY HEART SING"! I used a CD from Polkadoodles , Nicky to make the singer. I used the SCAN AND CUT machine to cut her out. The machine cut her out so perfect. Fun card to make and he love the card. Please leave a comment because we all love comments.
I have been posting to Face Book instead of using my blog. So I have several things to post. I hope you enjoy them. The hat was cut from my new machine "Scan & Cut". This is a wonderful machine for someone like me who cannot use scissors very well to cut a straight line. I have not had time to explore the new machine much. I am using the Direct Scan a lot. I have lots of things that I love to scan into the machine and cut. I have only found a few things that did not cut well. Looking forward to using this machine to its fullest. I had the saying in my scrap box. Hope you enjoy and please leave a comment because we all love comments.
It has been a long time since posting a card. Summertime is not my time to craft because of my love for the outside. This started out as idea for a quick card which just did not turn out that way. I love the tree and decided to use brads as centers of the flowers and added brad butterflies. I had a wonderful little label that said 'SPRING IS HERE'... I added some bling and more butterflies and this was what I ended up with. Hope you like it and please leave a comment because we all love comments.
