Recyecled Christmas Tree!

Another recycled card.  This one was a Christmas tree in layers. I removed it from the card I received and rebuilt it on a new one.  Added ribbon and a little bling and pop dotted the layers. The Stamp was from one of K.Andrews sets. All her stamps are made in the USA. http://www.gettingcricky.com/p/products-stamps.html Stop by and take a look she has stamps for every occasion.....Hope you enjoy the card and please leave a comment because we all love comments.

Recycled Christmas Reindeer!

Another recycled Christmas card. I used the reindeer's from a previous card and background paper that is shiny with reindeer's also. I used a brown border and added bling for the berries. I added the Joy embellishments and this was the results. Hope you like it and leave a comment because we all love comments.

Recycled Christmas!

If you visit my blog and know anything about me you know I love to recycle old Christmas Cards. This snowman was just to cute and I had to do something with him.
I love the background paper also.... Added a green mat for more color and a bling over the letter. It has little sparkles around the tree like garland.  I hope you enjoy and please leave a comment because we all love comments. I hope that everyone has "The Magic Of Christmas" in their hearts!

Season's Greetings!

This is another tag that I got in that big box of 60 from Sam's.  I love this card. I have this plaid ribbon that I adore. Added a black background on top of the red.  I wish it said "Merry Christmas" but "Seasons Greetings" will have to do...........Added a little red bling and this is what I ended up with. Hope you like it and be sure and leave a comment because we all love comments.

Let It Snow!

This was made with a tag from "Hallmark".  I was on a mini trip to Tennessee and went to Sam's.  I came across this box of tags which had an assortment of tag of all kinds. This was one of the tags and they had bows and ties on them.  Enough to make about 60 cards. Tags with Santa's, Snowflakes, Pine Cones, Christmas Saying's and much more and all for less than $10.00. I love the snow flake paper on the blue card. The "Let It Snow" came from my go to cartridge "Cricut Lite Celebrate With Flourish".  I added a little bling and this was the result. I believe that Diane Payne likes the color blue and I know she likes "Snowflakes".  I thought of her when I made this. Hope you like and be sure and leave a comment because we all love comments.

Pumpkin Patch!

This card was made for The Queens Royal Digi Challenge. The theme is Fall or Thanksgiving. She has a wonderful blog. Be sure and visit her at: http://www.thescrapbookingqueen-challenge.blogspot.com/. I also have a connection to her other blog on my side bar.
This is one of my all time favorite cards that I have done for Fall. The background is on a black texture. The pattern paper is pumpkin's which I love. The sentiment is from K & Co. one of my favorite places for embellishment's.  The digi is from an old seed catalogue that was gotten from a freebie. I am sorry but I cannot remember the name of where I got it from. Added a little blink and I have this great card. I just love the oranges, black, and green.........Hope you like the card and be sure and leave a comment because we all love comments.

Happy Birthday Sundaes Challenge!

Made for the challenge over at Birthday Sundaes............
This card is made from pattern paper that has raised glitter on it. I love the paper and the embellishment is a sparkly butterfly. I used a simple Happy Birthday stamp in black. The card came out much better than the picture. I did not want to cover up the paper. It is really beautiful paper. Hope you enjoy and please leave a comment because we all love comments.

Love You A Latte!

This card was made for the Getting Cricky Simple Sunday Challenge "Tea Time"projects with hot beverage's. The digi was from a recycled Christmas card.  The paper is candy canes on a red base.  The stamp was of course from Kristal Andrew "Coffee And Tea For You And Me"set. She has some great new stamps. Hop over to her blog and check them out. http://www.gettingcricky.com/p/products-stamps.html
Here stamps are made in the USA and she donates some of the money to charity.  What more could you ask for. I hope that you enjoy the card and please leave a comment because we all love comments.

"Washtub Sink"

Thanks for all the ones that have been playing along with my "Mini Vacation" game. The sink was an old washtub answer "B". When you turn on the faucet on the sink the water comes out the pump spout.......Cool! and definately different......
I will be back soon with another picture. I have so many people that look at my blog and only a few comments. To those people "Thanks for leaving comments". We all love comments....................

"Happy Halloween"

I made this card for a challenge at "Simple Sunday Challenge" at "Getting Cricky". Kristal Andrew has the greatest stamps which I normally use but not this time. The pumpkin is from "Cricut Lite Celebrate with Flourish" my favorite go to cartridge. The challenge was use black and orange and one other color. I selected Green. This card was so much fun. The "Boo" was from a embellishment pack which I think was K & Co. Hope you enjoy the card and good luck to everyone in the challenge.

Second "Treehouse" Question?

Several people said that the first thing you see when you open the door is a pot  belly stove. Well that was not the case but to the right when you open the door you do see a pot belly stove. The sad part is it is not connected and is just for decor. The rockers are real and very comfortable.  To the left of the door when you enter is the kitchen which had all the modern conveniences of any other kitchen except for one difference which was the kitchen sink was:
a.  It was in the shape of a bathtub
b.  It was in the shape of an old washtub
c.  It was wood carved around a beautiful antique bowl
I hope that you are enjoying this and share with your blogger's. I have lots of views and not many messages. Enjoy and I will be back to do another question along with the answer to this one. HAVE FUN!

Harvest Blessings

I love the fall colors in this card. I downloaded the paper off the Internet and added my own leaves and buttons. The colors will soon be gone but the cards and pictures we take will be lasting memories.  The stamp was of course from one of Kristal Andrew's Fall-O-Ween. Visit her blog and order some of her great stamps. I added some bling and this was the results.  I hope you enjoy this and be sure and leave a comment and don't forget to keep checking back for the next mini vacation question..........

"A Tree"

I first want to thank the 6 people that left me a comment out of all the views that I got. I got only 6 comments.  It was a tree. The table is attached to the sides of the tree and the short piece in the front of this picture has a seat on the other side and is the chair. There was 2 chairs.   I am keeping score and know I had 3 correct answers. Those 3 answers came from Tracey, Jani, and Brenda...... Stay tuned for another picture soon with a question........ I really appreciate that these followers played along all 6 of you...
Thanks and stay tuned for another picture and even a card..........

a. Table shaped like a tree growing thru the roof
b. Living Room
c. Pot Belly Stove

I promise it will be fun......... Just leave a comment under the most current posting or e-mail:  davidbayles@sprintmail.com

Christmas Card

I love Santa's and this one is vintage.  I love this black snow flake background.  Hard to see but it has silver like flakes. I had this digital picture in my stash of digital images. I copied him on card stock and cut him out and pop dotted him on top of another copy. I had the stamp from some old rubber stamps that I have. I put my black snow flake paper on a white card.  I pop dotted the red label.  I used some foam silver snow flakes from "Reflections" and this is what I got. I hope you enjoy it and please leave a comment because we all love comments. I am going to enter this in a challenge over at the "Pink Stamper".

Straight From The Heart!

This idea came from a picture of a card that I saw in "Paper Crafts Magazine the Sept./Oct.  2011 issue. I love this magazine.  Their card was quite a bit different. Theirs was "Use A Hand Card" with a club background on white base card stock with with a Ace down to a ten on the front. I did not want mine to look like it was for valentines day so I used pink with red hearts. I have a friend who loves hearts and uses them a lot on her creations somewhere.  I thought of her when I made this card. She lives in Australia and knows who she is. She has a wonderful blog http://trace-elementz.blogspot.com/.   Tracey I love your creations and this card was made with you in mind. I had to put my signature on it also with the "Butterflies". Visit her blog and become a follower she is a very talented lady........Hope you like this and please leave a comment because we all love comments.

Double Challenge...Fall Birthday!

I made this card for 2 challenges.  One at " Simple Sunday" using KAndrews stamps and the other at  "Birthday Sundaes". The theme is fall and birthdays and the stamps is from KAndrews from the Fall-O-Ween group.
I had the paper in my scraps and added the brown buttons. The card is square 6 X 6.  The leaves are a secret but so simple. If you would like to know what the leaves are just leave a comment with your e-mail. Hope you like the card and please leave a comment because we all love comments..........

Its Fall Ya All!

I made this card for a Challenge at "Turned Gypsy" Chris Wooten.  She has a great Blog with lots of things to win and learn. Please visit her. I have her badge on the left side of my main blog page.  This card was made with a Penny Black stamp. The saying is from my friend KAndrews stamps. This collection is "Fall-o-Ween".  She also has a badge on my blog be sure and visit her also.  This card was fun to make. Be sure and leave a comment because we all love comments.

Halloween The Eyes Have It!

This card is for the Sunday Challenge over at Getting Cricky......I did not have my stamps the "Fall-O-Ween" set yet.  This is a simple card made with a black base and paper from DCWV the "Midnight Spell Stack".  I love this stack and the saying is from that stack also. The tags were printed from a free download of Halloween Gift Tags and Stickers. I trimmed the bottom of of them and added "Google Eyes" on the spiders. Hope you like it and please leave a comment because we all love comments.

This was an idea that I have had for awhile. I finally got a cartridge with a house on it to do this. The cartridge is " Cricut List Love You a Latte".  The name of the coffee shop is  "Java Joe" this is from the stamp set "Coffee & Tea For You & Me" from KAndrews Designs. I have a link to her blog on the left side of my blog. The ink is from "Memento and the color is Bahama Blue.   This was such a fun card to do with all the pieces. I hope you like it and please leave a comment. We all love comments.......

Happy Birthday

I love the cartridge "Nifty Fifties".  We have a room separated from our home that is decorated in the 50's. My guy Tom's birthday is today. So this fits right in with all our loves of the 50's.  We are going to celebrate with going out to eat Mexican.  This card has a 7 X5 green card stock base. I had this black in the scrap box and it looks like a road so I though I would use it. The buttons are brads and are denim.  The saying is from KAndrews stamp set "Coffee and Tea For You & Me". I have a link to her blog on my main page of the blog. The red is shinny from a pack of basic colors that I got at Walmart. Hope you enjoy the card and please leave a comment because we all love comments.

Made this card for a challenge at "My Creative Time". It is for Throwback Thursday Cricutless Challenge. Colors are Purple, Orange, Green & Black and Halloween with no Circuit used.  This paper is from my Halloween stash along with the little picture and the label.  Hope you enjoy and be sure and leave a comment because we all love comments.

This card was made for a challenge over at "Polka Doodles".  The pattern paper along with the solid is from a DCWV paper stack.  The leaves are ribbons. I think the saying is from K & Co.  I added a little green bling. Hope you enjoy and be sure and leave a comment because we all love comments.

I saw this card in the "Cricut Cards" magazine that I won and just loved it. I love the hot air balloon. This was a great idea made from 3 different Cricut cartridges. The book did not have a cartridge listed for the clouds. I used "Straight From The Nest" for the balloon which on the cartridge is a "Birdcage".  The bottom of the balloon is from the same cartridge and is a "Flowerpot".  Punch holes in both and used Embroidery thread in green.  Put the entire thing on pop dots and this is what I got. I used another cut for the dolly from "Easter Seasonal".  Clouds from "April Showers" with different blue papers and layered them. Background paper from a stack from "Big Lots" in a pattern blue. This card is an odd size 5 X 8.  I have never made a card this size...I am thinking about adding a pearl to each cloud. The saying is from Kristal Andrew stamp set "Winged Things".  This stamp set is full of so many possibilities. Visit her blog and tell her you saw my card: http://www.kandrewdesigns.com/  Hope you enjoy this card and please leave a comment because we all love comments.

Walmart Bargins...............

Everyone is always talking about "Bargain's". I seem to miss the most of them living in a small town with one place to get things. I made some "Hello Kitty" invites for my neighbors little girls birthday party.  She called me last week and said she stopped at the "Walmart" in Williamsburg, Ky. and said they had cartridges for $10.00.  She was on her way to Knoxville Tn.  I was getting ready for a reunion and though another lost opportunity.  Tom said lets go. So we hopped in the car and went about 15 miles down the road to Walmart not our Walmart.  They were remolding and had almost all the crafts on sale..... This stash cost me $120.00.  I got the mats for $9.00 and 6 cartridges for $60.00 and the bling is Jolee's Boutique which is usually $3.00 which was .50 off each pack and I got 7 packs.  I got 2 tape refills and 2 packs of deep blades which I don't think were on sale but cheaper than ordering the.  I was just happy with everything. Its so great to not have missed the cartridges............. Don't forget to look at my last posting below this posting..........

A Special Friendship

This card is made from things from my crafting friends. The paper was won from Mary at Cardz TV sometime ago.  The "Teacup" was from my new Cricut Cartridge "Love You a Latte".  The wonderful stamped saying was made from my friends Kristal Andrew's stamp set called "Coffee & Tea for You & Me". Visit their blogs from the badges located on my blog page.  I added a pink heart from the cartridge also and a red bling heart in the center. Hope you like it. Please leave a comment because we all love comments. I will be back soon with a picture of my haul from Walmart.

My neighbor wanted me to help her make some "Hello Kitty" invites for her daughters birthday. So here are the invites made on different color backgrounds. These were really fun to make. The "Hello Kitty" had very small pieces. Her party is the 28th. Hope she likes them...

Just another Fashionista Card.... I love the colors in this card. The paper was from the Internet. http://www.cardmakingandpapercraft.com/ They have wonderful paper and it free. The base is red. I used orange ribbon and a little bling.  I cut out a green background to stamp the saying which is from KAndrew stamp set " Fashionable Friends Stamp Set. http://www.kandrewdesigns.com/

Dee's Ruby Tuesday Scripture

This card was inspired by several people. I won this paper sometime ago from Mary at "Cardz TV". http://cardztv.blogspot.com/  She used it recently on a card with a different saying from Dee's Ruby Tuesday Scripture. http://www.deesbbboutique.blogspot.com/. The butterflies were made 2 layers on pop dots from my new toy Silhouette Lever Butterfly craft punch. Added a border, flowers and some bling. Inside I used a Kristal Andrew stamp from "Positive Thoughts". http://kandrewdesigns.com/  So I really had a lot of inspiration for this card. Thanks to all you ladies and I hope that everyone likes the card. All the card stock, patterns paper, and solids are used on the inside with 2 butterflies on each bottom corner and the saying stamped in the middle. Please leave a comment because we all love comments.

Happy Birthday (Birthday Sundaes)

This card was so much fun.  The background pattern paper came from MS Playful Blue Pad.  The saying was from a stamp that I had on hand. The butterflies were from my new favorite toy a McGill Silhouette Lever Butterfly craft punch. I love this punch and went wild with all my scraps. The double sided paper make beautiful butterflies. The Dollie was from a special person that is a wonderful friend. Thanks Tracey I love all the goodies that you sent and cannot wait to use more of them. I added lots of bling and this is what I got. Inside on the bottom right and left is a butterfly not on pop dots. These butterflies on the front are 2 layers some of a solid color to match and some on the same color.  If you read my blog you know I love butterflies. You Are My Sunshine

This card was made thinking about a friend that is truly "My Sunshine".  She brightens my day along with many others day.  This card has my favorite cloud and sunshine on it. It is from my go to cartridge "Celebrate With Flourish". No this is not a card... It's green beans...... I will sure be glad this winter when I can open a can to have at supper.  I got 18 quarts out of 1 bushel of beans. It had been awhile since I canned. I love to see these after they are done.  Hope to be back soon with a card. Now I get to put away all the things I got out to can with.
Thanks for looking and please leave a comment. We all love comments.

This is a card I made for a very special person.  I love the square cards and made this on 6 X6.  I wanted to put a lot on it. I typed a letter in Words and printed it on Yellow card stock and put it on the inside along with another flower. The flower squares and the pink printed background were from my favorite paper DCWV Flower Shower Spring Stack. I love that stack of paper. The base was Bazzill pink card stock.  I added ribbon and bling on the flowers.  It came out better than I thought it would.  Last but not least the sentiment was made using 2 different sets of stamps. The Happy Birthday was a set I purchased from Greetings Clear Stamps.  The other set was from Kristal Andrews at
http://www.kandrewdesigns.com/ from her Positive Thoughts set.  Be sure and visit her she has awesome stamps that are made in the USA.............Yea!  Please leave a comment because we all love comments.

Home Is Where The Heart Is!

I went into my scrap box and got the green checked paper. The base is red and is 5 1/2 X 5 1/2. The house is a digi and I love the big heart. The buttons are brads and the hearts have bling in the center.  The saying is a clear one that I put on beige paper. The short piece of checked paper is on pop dots and the saying is also on pop dots.  This is for a Challenge over at Polka Doodles. I hope you like it. Please leave a comment because we all love comments.

Celebration! Happy Birthday! I am using my favorite things on this card. The base is from Bazzill Basics Paper in a light blue.  The fireworks with stars & stripes is from my favorite DCWV stack "All Seasons II". The stamp is from Loralie Designs the Serious Shopper. She use to make a fabric panel with Shopper panels on it which she no longer makes. This is a digi I created from her stamp and fabric. I did not color this.
The  saying is complement by a stamp at the in that says "Let's Paint the town red" from my friend at http://www.kandrewdesigns.com/  called "Fashionable Friends". This set of stamps compliments the Loralie Designs products.  Be sure and take a look at her stamps. To go right along with the 4th of July the stamps are "AMERICAN MADE". Hip, Hip, Hooray! I added red bling in the center of the fireworks, on her hat, and in the center of the bow. I hope you all enjoy the posting. Please leave a comment because we all love comments.

These are different variations on an image that I had that was on my new CD " Double Sprinkles Of Kraft". I had already post the last card on the right before. I was awaiting these special stamps to finish them but had not received them on the previous post. I am now going to chance the sentiment on it later but just had to post this today. Today I received my wonderful art stamps from "K. Andrew".  She has come out with 6 sets of wonderful art stamps. Another thing that make these so great is they are made in "USA" yes the good old USA.  Also another great thing is some of the money that is used when purchased goes to charity.  These two stamps that I used comes from the "Positive Thoughts" stamps.  Please take a look and go to http://www.kandrewdesigns.com/ and check them out. Kristal is a great inspiration to all of us.  I ordered three sets and I can just see the endless possibilities.............. Hope you like my cards and her stamps.  Please leave a comment because we all love comments.

This card was made from a CD that I won on a Polka Doodles Blog Hop.  I got it several days ago and just had to use it today. My friend Enfys used these CD on a lot of her cards over at "Going Buggy".  Go visit her she is the master of using Promarkers. A very talented lady and a great inspiration.  The card base is textured brown card stock and the paper and image both are from the CD "Double Sprinkles Of Kraft".  I have not had time to look at everything on the CD but it has lots of goodies on it. My stamp did not come out good on the saying so I ended up using a black pen to create the saying. You can tell I cannot print very good.  I used brads and flowers for her hair and brad butterflies.  I love the lady bug.  This CD does images in 3 sizes and in B&W. This card is a 6 x 6 which I love. I will probably order a few more later.  I am truly blessed to have a lot of "Good Friends". I hope you enjoy the card and please leave a comment because we all love comments.

Happy Birdie Day

This card was inspired by a "Special Friend" that likes owls. All of the card was cut from "Straight From The Nest" cartridge.  The eyes are googles and the flower in the left corner is put in with a brad so it slides to the left or right and the inside of the card is revealed to write your message in.  This was such a fun card to make. Hope you like it and please leave a comment because we all love comments. This is going to be entered in the Challenge at "Getting Crickey" and "Birthday Sundaes".

Happy Birthday & Summertime For Two Great Boys!

I had company this week and she  is a "Grandma". Her grandson is having his 6th birthday very soon. He loves "Sharks".  So Grandma and I got busy. I did the cutting and she put it together. The hats, fish, and crab are K & Co.  The waves are Bazzill boarders.  The Sharks, and the number are cut from "Birthday Bash". This is a great cartridge for children's birthdays.
She also has another grandson and of course we had to make him a card also. I made this card from no cuts on the Cricut.  The fish are K & Co.  The waves are boarders from Bazzill and the saying was made on the computer and decorative scissors were used on the sides and top. Please leave a comment we all love comments.

This card was so much fun.................. I did not use the Expressions but I was pleased with the outcome. The base is blue with a lighter blue on top of that. The pink is embossed and so is the tag that says "Material Girl".  I use the stamp from "Crafty Secrets" small stamp set.  The dress form is from "Creative Scraps" the Heartwarming Vintage selection's. I am going to enter it into a Challenge at "Getting Cricky".  Hope you enjoy the card and leave a comment because we all love comments.

Happy Birthday

I love daises... I like the green stripes and the hint of gold.  I cut out a block from a 12 x 12 sheet of DCWV.  This sheet had lots of different blocks that you could use on many cards of flowers.  The ribbon is stitched on top and bottom. The flowers are on pop dots. The "Happy Birthday" has 3 layers and was cut with my Expressions using "Sweet Treats".  Going to enter this in the challenge at Birthday Sundaes. Please leave a comment we all love comments.

This card is dedicated to my friend "Kristal" at "Getting Cricky". Click the badge on the left side of my blog and you will go directly to her blog and view her new stamps.
She has come out with a terrific line of new stamps. Be sure and visit her blog and purchase a set or three. The money goes to her charities which you can read about on her blog. The camera kind of covered up the saying. It says "Adventurous" willing to
take chances, daring.  She is one of the most positive people I know. Her stamps are a reflection of her. This stamp is not hers but I used it to reflect her new adventure.
I love this balloon stamp I detached the basket after stamping and colored and use thread to attach the basket. Added ribbon and 3 orange buttons. The paper is "Bella" which is great. Please feel free to leave a comment because we all love comments. Yes, I did order some stamps from her.
