Easter Chick's

This is another Easter Card.  Made out of purple base and with DCWV paper. These chicks were a free digi I had downloaded some time ago. I use to get colored chicks when I was little from my father for Easter. Later years the dyeing of the chickens became an issue and then they were all yellow. They were so cute. I added some colors of Martha Stewart glitter pens and some bling. Then I stamped it with a stamp from a set of Mary's from "Cardz TV".  Visit her blog and check out her stamps. No card would be finished without my butterfly. Hope you enjoy and please leave a comment because we all love comments.

Spring Has Sprung!

This is my second posting for today...
This card was made with a stamp set I bought from my friend "Mary" at "Cardz TV". I have followed her blog since I started my blog on National Scrapbooking Day in 2010. She is such an inspiration and I love her videos. I have a link to her on my main blog page. Take a look at her blog and be sure and follow her. She has some really great stamps. I love this card. It was made from a digi that I had for sometime now. I colored it with "Bic Mark It Markers". I used daisy embellishments for the centers of the flowers. I got 2 sets of her stamps in the mail yesterday and could not wait to use them. She is having a blog hop the 24-25th. Visit  http://cardztv.blogspot.com/2012/03/cardz-tv-design-team-spring-blog-hop_24.html today and see the great Design Team projects. All 13 of them did a great job...........I almost forgot my signature purple butterflies. Enjoy....Please leave a comment because we all love comments.

Easter Bunny With Hearts!

Easter Time Again...............I hope you are all not getting tired of all my "Easter Cards". This was a simple card. The paper for the back ground is all bunnies in pink and white. The background for the bunny was plain pink. I added an embellished bunny with glitter ears, belly, and heart shaped nose holding a carrot. Happy Easter was a stamp I picked up at Big Lots or Michael's a long time ago.  The pink hearts just seemed to go with his heart nose.  I must tell you about the base of this card. I was in Michael's and came across these enveloped with cards. They have a beautiful pearl like finish. No where on the package did it say "Post Cards". So this is a post card. I will be using these a lot because I bought several packs in several colors. So buyers beware. Hope you Hop by again soon. I just got 2 sets of stamps but I am not telling where until I get my cards done. So come back soon. Please leave a comment because we all love comments.

Happy Easter!

This is one of those cards that was made with everything but the "Kitchen Sink". The pale background has embossed "hearts.  The egg border was in my scrap box. The little chicks are an embellishments. The flowers are from different Cricut cartridges that I had cut some time ago. The butterflies are from a punch. I guess you could say this was made from things in my scrap box........I like the way it turned out and hope you do to. I am going to enter it in the Polkadoodles challenge. Happy St. Patty's Day

This card was made for a challenge #104 over at Cardz TV and  my friend Mary. I took out my scrap box which is huge and ended up making about 3 cards. This one fit the challenge so well. This is an Irish  Blessing that I am sure all has heard. I copied this after seeing it on one of her cards a long time ago. The hats and shamrocks came from  Paper Doll Dress Up I think. I have had them for awhile.............Hope you enjoy and good luck to everyone. Please leave a comment because we all love comments.

Happy Easter One!

Easter is just around the corner. I thought I would get a jump on my Easter cards. I am going to enter this in a challenge over at Polka Doodles.
This cute little baby was a digi that I had in a folder on my computer. Colored him/her with Copic markers for the skin and bic markers for the egg. I used my favorite new toy "Martha Stewart" glitter pens for the ribbon on the bow and added a little bling. I used my "Happy Easter" stamp and colored it with MS glitter pens. I added some hearts and used MS stripped paper. I also gave the baby wiggle eyes. Hope you enjoy and please leave a comment because we all love comments.

Butterflies and Lace 2

This card was made at the same time that the previous post was done. Kraft card stock for the base. Lace dolly for the center of the card. My butterflies made from left over paper and the message was a stamp from "Winged Things" by Kristal Andrew. I love the soft colors and the browns with the pinks. This is a second entry for "Going Buggy" challenge. Be sure and check out her stamps and the great prize over at "Going Buggy".

Butterflies & Lace!

This care was made for a challenge over at "Going Buggy". I could not of ask for a greater challenge. It was Butterflies and Lace. Since butterflies are my favorite how much better can it get.  I used a punch for the butterflies and the larger ones have solid colored bottoms and multicolored tops. They are on pop dots and layers.  I used small hearts on them in the centers. The stamp is from "K. Andrews"   "Winged Things".  The paper is Kraft brown for the base and the paper is from DCWV "Garden Party Stack" which has beautiful paper. This paper has glittered butterflies on it........ This not only is a favorite of mine but uses all of my favorite things. This is also a "Birthday Card" for a very special friend that will be mailed on Monday with a Cricut Cartridge.............Hope you enjoy and be sure and leave a comment because we all love comments. Also be sure and visit K. Andrews blog and see her stamps and "Enfys at  "Going Buggy". You can get to their blogs from my main page.
