Made this card for a very special friend to give at a "Wedding" on Saturday. This was a frame cut from my "Scan & Cut". The phrase came from my stash. The stamp was a Loralie Designs stamp. I put small diamonds on her ears and necklace. I also added a little pink bling on the flowers. I was pleased with the results and hope she likes it.
