Universal Card

I have wanted to do this card for sometime and use this paper.  This was in my scrap box.  Added a flower and used a Promarker and colored the striped on it and added Bling in the center. So simple but I was very happy with it.  This card could be used as many things, Birthday, Get Well, Thinking of You or whatever you deem to call it.
