Sometimes when making a card things just don't go the way it should. This was one of those times. The card is not the standard A2 size but more like 5 X 7. I had to do several cuts on "Hello Kitty" and finally got one I like. The eyes are jiggle eyes. The center balloon says "Happy Birthday. She has a pink nose which in this photo does not show. The cuts in this cartridge are not the greatest and for an old woman like me very small. Hope you enjoy and please leave a comment because we all love comments.

Valentine's For Sweet Little Girls!
"It's A Boy"
This card was made for my Cousin who is expecting a baby boy in June. I got the idea from my last edition of Cricut magazine called "Cricut Babies". What a great book and full of baby things to make. I used the "EveryDay Pop-Up-Cards cartridge for the Lady. I used Plantin SchoolBook for the Heart. The card was precut and was 5 x 7. I used a set of stamps from "The Pink Stamper" called Family and stamped all around the heart. The baby book, rattle and clothes line on the inside are stickers from Jolee's Boutique. I hope you like it and please leave a message because we all love messages.

"Happy 7th Birthday"
Did you ever just make a card and the more you added to it the unhappier you became. This was a "Dearie Doll" digi which I cut out. I use them a lot as you know if you view my blog much. I think they are so cute. Well I love the paper it look like a celebration and then came the stickers. I was in a hurry and added these stickers. It was made for a sweet girl who is turning "7". I hope she likes it. Please leave a comment because we all love comments.
Goodies
During the holidays I picked up a few things in Pigeon Forge at the scrap booking store and the punches were ordered on line. The tape behind the punches came from "Big Lot's" and is mostly Christmas designs. Everyone loves a bargain. Looking forward to using the snowmen and snowflakes which are two of my favorite items.

"Snowflake"
I love this "Snowflake" tag from a box of "Christmas" tags I got at "Sam's". Around Christmas Sam's has boxes of beautiful tags. I love the snowflake paper. The saying is from a Pink Stamper set "Winter Punies" which I love. The saying says "A snowflake is like a butterfly from above". Hope you enjoy. Please leave a comment because we all love comments.

"A Little Birdie"
Made this card from a 5 X 7 green base. The next layer was from my scrapes and has pine cones and branches. The next layer was a dark green and covered with a frame that I had purchased. Under the frame the dark green layer has a water can and bird digi that I had purchased. The sentiment was stamped on with a stamp from "Winter Punies" set from "The Pink Stamper". I love this set of stamps and I added some red bling and this was the results. Hope you enjoy the card and feel free to leave a comment.

Snowman Recycled
I was putting away the Christmas decorations and taking down the cards. I go thru them and try to recylce them to make cards. This card was so pretty. I cut out the snow man and gave him new arms and hat with the "Quilted Christmas" cartridge. I used some paper from "Big Lot's" as the background. Added red ribbon to the hat and spelled out "Snow". Hope you enjoy. Please leave a comment because we all love comments.

Something Different! "Apple Of My Eye"
This was something new for me. This is a 12 X 12 piece of paper with apples as the background. The frame was cut from the cartridge "Fancy Frames". The saying was cut from "Just Because Cards". I got this wonderful photo from my God Son's wife of their beautiful daughters. I wanted to do something special to send it back to her for Christmas. I also added an apple and made the scarecrow from a pattern and used red brads so his arms and legs can be moved. I colored him with "Bic Markers". It is all under glass in a "Shadow Box" frame that set up on the table like a picture. I hope she likes this. This is my first project for 2013. I hope you like this and please leave a comment because we all like comments.
