I made this card for my "Mother-In-Law". This is a layered card and a freebie from the internet. I added the topper with layers to a blue background card. I used pop dots to give it depth and was very happy with the end result. The freebie is from "Craftsuprint" and the designer of this card was Anne Lever. Be sure and visit their website because each "Friday" they have a freebie to download. Also purchase one of their files. They make great, quick and easy cards.
