This is the last "Valentine" card for this year. I was using up some scraps in my box. The paper is MS. I love the hearts. The large strip across the bottom of the card is from freebie paper from Cardmaking and Papercrafts. My new all time favorite magazine. The stamp is from the "It's Valentines! set from my sweet friend Kristal Andrews stamps. This was a rush "Valentine". I am giving this with a box of candy to one of the sweetest ladies. She helps me more than she will ever know.

"Cannot Contain My Love"
I have seen several cards made with a mason jar and just had to find one to make. The "AKABusy Bee" posted a card she made using a Mason Jar cut from "Doodlecharms". I just happened to have this cartridge. I saw the idea in the "Cards" magazine which had this Mason Jar with on white background with this saying. So I put both ideas together and this was my version. I did a red base card and wanted a background. I found this great paper black with hearts. Next came the mason jar which was cut at 3 1/2 inches. I added hearts and covered with a clear layer which I hope you can see. Added the saying and this was what you get. The heart coming out of the jar and others on the pattern paper are suppose to be escaping from the jar. I had so much fun doing this card. Thanks to "AKABusy Bee" and "Cards" magazine for the inspiration. Hope you like it. Please leave a comment because we all love comments.

Deepest Sympathy
This card was made for a friend who lost her Dad in January. This is the hardest type of card to make in my opinion. The base was black layered with a print of black and white flower paper. The sayings on the outside and inside were from a set of stamps from K. Andrews called "Sympathetic Sayings"........... I added flower and red centers to give just a little bit of color. I had some ribbon that I got at "Big Lot's". I hope she will like it. Please leave a comment because we all love comments.

"Sew Special Birthday Card"
This was such a fun card to make. My mother-in-law in Ohio has a birthday this month and I wanted to do something special. I love anything in a card to do with sewing. I also have a wonderful magazine that inspires me more than the "Cricut Magazines from Northridge which I still love. This magazine is "Cardmaking & PaperCraft from the UK. I get an issue every 2 months. This magazine always has a set of stamps and lots of neat paper. This was the "January" issue. The paper, stamps, and the sayings all came from what I got and this issue. The buttons came from Walmart and the thread I already had to wind around the spools which was in the stamp set.
The only things that was mine was the "Happy Birthday" stamp and the dress form which I had already made up and just covered it to match the paper. The stamp set also included a dress form but I did not use it because I had one made up. Hope she likes it. Please leave a comment because we all love comments.

Happy 3rd Birthday!
Made this card for a special little girl who is going to be 3 years old the 26th of February. This was made with an ocean blue base and birthday party animal printed paper for the next layer. The giraffe was cut from "Birthday Bash" cartridge and so was the "Happy Birthday and the number 3. I added the purple accent to post them on and this was the results. All those giraffe pieces are really small for an old lady. Love the skates. Hope you enjoy it and please leave a comment because we all love comments.

"Valentine For My Sweetie"
I have been thinking about doing a card with hearts on in for awhile. This was made for someone very special to me for "Valentine's Day". He and I have know each other since we were in 1st grade. After being gone from each other for 30 years he came back into my life. This digi was from "Meljens Design"that I had saved. I hope that was correct on where it came from. I used red for the card base and layered it with a white paper with pink and red hearts. I colored it with markers and "Lipstick Red" copic markers. I added a little bling with a large red heart. The saying was one that I thought of and added 3 more little bling hearts. I hope you like it and please leave a comment because we all love comments.....................
